If you are unfamiliar with it here is the difference versus a standard Accord. It's basically a whole navigation system (and some other stuff) that replaces the screen that shows the time, radio, climate controls, etc, and puts that stuff on a thinner screen right below it. The navigation system is outdated and has like a 480p resolution. Based on the top view, it appears you might need to roll fenders or run some camber. If you run a bit of camber as you drop, they may sit in there fine (you may still wish to roll in the lip on the fender for clearance - the flat part) Reply Like. The 8th gen accords don’t have a lot of issues but the main ones are leaking axle seals, catalytic converters sometimes going out after about 130k miles (and yes I have to buy one for a 2011), sticking calipers, leaking power steering, and vtc actuators going out.

Just about everyone agrees that the 8th generation 2008 Honda Accord Sedan is a near perfect family car choice. But for a somewhat wilder ride, we’d suggest trying the “other” Accord.
